Living Lightbody Living Lightbody (Mer-Ka-Bah) Everything has a Lightbody, even human beings. When this lightbody is activated it reaches app. 55 feet in diameter. An activated lightbody gives us a clearer contact with our higher self and is also considered, by some, the only way for us to enter a special place in our heart. 13000 years ago our lightbodies were deactivated. You activate your lightbody through a very specific every-day-meditation, which takes "17 breaths". Each of these 17 breaths is about 21 sekonds long, counting the inhale and exhale plus a pause. While concentrating on these breaths you hold your hands and fingers in six different "mudras" and at the same time you visualize various events in- and outside your body. It may sound a lot to keep track of, you will get into it after some practice. When you practice this meditation you learn to breath pure "Prana" (life force) through your Prana tube that goes right through the body inside the Chakra Cord. It is claimed that by breathing pure Prana one can live without food and water! This meditation comes from Drunvalo Melchizedek, who was taught by the angels to perform this meditation in 1971. From 1972 to1994 Drunvalo studied Sacred Geometry together with these angels. He also has many years of research and work with Indigenous People in various parts of the World, such as the Mayan, Hopi, Maori and others. Drunvalo is the one behind the explanations of The Flower of Life, a tens of thousands years old image that can be found in many locations around the World. It is engraved in, for instance, Egypt, Turkey, South America and Asia. This "Flower" is connected to Sacred Geometry, with a ruler and pencil you can in the flower pattern find the five Platonic Solids, Tetrahedron, Cube, Octahedron, Dodecahedron and Isocahedron. It is called changing from Earth-consciousness to the Christ-consciousness. Earth is also surrounded by a living body of light and now we can see The Grid around the Earth as a Dodecahedron with the Isocahedron cap on each five-pointed flat surface.
