There is one excellent way to raise your own frequency, through meditations. A good start towards ascension.

Extraterrestrial Meditations
Normally, we hear about meditations where one should be in a calm and where we should send away all thoughts in small bubbles or something so that they will not be a part of meditation. We´re also told that we should only make use of the right brain while we meditate... and maybe we should start by sounding aaaooommm...
However, extraterrestrial meditations are different, here we use both sides of the brain and are utmost active during meditation, even if we sit in silence and stillness. In a series of meditations that I do I visit a special place that is both in our Blue Creation and in the Beyond, which thus does in fact exist. In these meditations, it is almost like being inside a video game, cause here I have for instance smell a certain flower for an opening in a mountain to show itself or pull a given string to achieve something in a different location. I visit various temples where I can get both information and experiences to bring back with me to Earth. I meet people and animals at this location and can interact with them, if we both want to. So if I want to ride on a "horse" I first ask the horse if I can etc.
Above all, I visit this place to develop myself spiritually, I take in different colors, tones, smells and other things. I can also collect specific crystals that I can "put into" my heart or in my chakras and I can take them home with me to put into Mother Earth...
The fact is that in these meditations we are traveling with our Soul, and every time we do meditations, we travel out with a larger percentage of our Soul... finally, we can travel with 100% of the Soul, and then we experience everything there as if we were here. The body will not be damaged by the Soul going out of our body, as the Spirit remains in the body during this time. Spirit is the life of the body, without the Spirit, the body has no life (as some may remember of a certain old movie, Spirit is the last thing that leaves the body and then the body has "lost" about 21 grams).
I also do meditations where I visit different places on the New Earth, which is right next to us (in fact we can actually see the New Earth at times). In These meditations one also travels with the Soul. But here one must be somewhat careful because everything is relatively new there and all those who today live on New Earth has created a life there, and you do not want to disturb them in their lives. But here, it is possible to experience nature, animals, oceans and the people up close. There are also places here that you can visit to raise your own frequency.
The most important meditations I do these days are those where I visit the Beyond and all the wonderful places that are on display there. In these meditations it's all about raising awareness and to attain enlightenment, not only for myself in all the World I live in, but also for humanity on Earth. One might think that it seems silly that it would work or even haughty to talk about something like that, however, in the Beyond it is all about the Highest Divinity and in this Divinity one can actually achieve great things to speed up things in a Spiritual Evolution.
In these Beyond meditations, I work with different Beings in different places, and every place I visit is magical, truly amazing and strikingly beautiful. And with "keys" I can go into parts where I too can wield magic. Everything you do in Beyond, changes things everywhere in all Creations and all Worlds, thats why this place is Holy and it is of utmost importance that you do things right in here...
Right now I'm recording more of the Beyond meditations to be able to visit more magical places and do even more for us all. I have not let anybody else meditate on those I've recorded... but it will soon... I need to be "sure" of what I do before I can let someone else go in there. The first ones to do the Beyond meditations are my Beyond students, of course.
New Earth meditations you can do if you take the NET classes. And the first meditations I told you about you can do if you take the Universal White Time Healing classes 1-4. Why there and nowhere else, someone is wondering now. Well, because you have to be initiated with extraterrestrial initiations to have access to these sites. In the Beyond meditations I enter "keys" that allow the person meditating to be "let in" in various places.

Why do I tell you about this? Well, because there is now little time left until we Humans have reached the level of consciousness that allows us to "go up" to the New Earth. And at that time, we know where we are headed.
