Betina is sitting with a client and says: “Now you are going to receive signs from The Board of Knowledge, do you know what that is?”
Client: “No”
Betina: “No, Board of Knowledge is Something That Is very far back in Time, and not on Earth”.

Betina start answering questions: ”It’s my second year here, but it’s the first time I’m here with my own stand. And specially with showing White Time Healing and Board of Knowledge. Well, it is, it’s the center of my Life right now. And it’s the first time, I think, that anyone has it on this Fair.”
The interviewer, Maria from GlobalTransformer.se then asks: “Can you explain what that is?”
Betina: “White Time Healing? Uh, it’s actually called Universal White Time Healing, and White Time stands for All Time In One Unity. So it’s the past, present and the future. And when you have it united, it means that you are in All Time at the same time and even in no-time. So Time does not matter. It’s like when you.. a psychic works in White Time, cause they go back to past lives and forward in the future. All psychics may not know they are working in White Time, but they do. And, uh, thus it’s a travel in Times space, like that. And when you work with the Healing as such, in White Time, it means that you can go back to a few second before the condition or the problem arose. And go in to the now to take away the problem itself or the pain. And in to the future to prevent it from coming back. That is what it’s based upon. But then there is no saying that everything happens right away, like this, but it.. everything has its time. You don’t have to be helped that second, that is important to know. Everything is not for everyone either. So, this Healing may not be for everyone. It’s important to know.”
Maria: “It’s when you have a condition, or?”
Betina: “Or if you feel that this is the Healing you are drawn to, if you feel that is the help you want, because it’s after all a help you receive on your own path, sort of.”
Betina is sitting with the client and says: “You are going to place your hands on your knees, like this”
As Betina starts showing how she’s going to work with the client in the background, we hear her answering questions again: “ The best is that I do not need to convince anyone, you don’t need to believe me, you don’t need to take in what I’m saying. But the one doing that is doing it because they recognize themselves. And, uh, I would say this, my view on our nearest future is Light, only Light. No “Earth goes under”, and no “we fly off in crafts to a thousand other planets”, and like that, we won’t go underground, and like that. But, uh.. my picture of the nearest future is that we come into that kind of state that we “know” all of a sudden, who we are. We know why we’re here, we see a pattern and clues from past lives here on Earth. And when we do, then we know where we’re headed. Because if you know where you’ve been and where you are, then you know where you are going to. The Fibonacci Sequence.. anyway, so, when you know what happens, that’s just before everything changes, Totally, for everyone. We are going to see a different World, it’s because we are not in this World anymore. Right now we are in a “middle” dimension (between two dimensions), it’s a middle dimension in World 1 but in World 2 also, to where we are going. This middle dimension, we feel, especially under the month of March has everyone.. everyone has felt this on the whole of Earth but at different times. Felt that it has been a little hard, things hasn’t worked out as they thought it would, you’ve been unusually tired, and things have been simply unusual. You may not have seen what you’re used to see, and like that. Uh, and it is such a short time left that you feel it, everyone feels it, something is on the go, sort of. And I’ve seen it through.. that the energies around the Earth has changed very dramatically, at various times now under a fairly short period of time. And, uh, it’s much more stable now, it is more of a flow. And when we feel that we are in the heart of change, then there is no fear, then there is only a knowing. Nut there can also arise a fear from “oh, all of a sudden I know, why do I know this now?”, and like that. But.. but it’s cool, everything is Light, everything turns out the way it’s supposed to. And, uh, my picture of the World, it is that when we know and when we go up in a.. yeah, in a Higher Dimension, if you want, but to a Higher Consciousness, that is when our Life begins. Because here we’ve only been.. for a little while. Even if we’ve been here many years, or many lives, we’ve only been here for a while, sort of. It’s just a step on the way, in some way.”
Maria: “But what happens to our bodies, or clearly, like, what would you..?”
Betina: “Well, purely physical, the bodies.. we have our bodies, but they change, the parts change, inside and out, it’s us, from inside we are helping ourselves, There is not coming someone from out there and “changes us”, like that, and “come, let me help you”, like, but it is you yourself that does it.”
Maria: “How?”
Betina: “We are created of the smallest things, the String Theory, the vibration in the tone, that is what changes first, and then it changes from out of that, in all your parts, all your cells, In everything. So, you become more luminiferous, less tired, and less hungry. It will be different, but you will still have your body, from here in the Shift to the New.”
Maria: “If one look out in the community, everything looks about the same as usual, all people go about as usual, nobody has a clue about this, and thinks that talking about this is a strange thing. What ‘s going to happen to them?”
Betina: “Well, 99.5 % may not.. maybe just has that perception you’re talking about, but it does not matter, because everyone.. it’s like with “the hundred monkey effect”, when we reach the critical mass, it will happen all over, it is like nothing that.. it’s our Spiritual Evolution, there is nothing you can avoid and outrun, or say “no, I don’t want to be a part, I don’t want to get old”, like that, it will happen anyway. It’s.. it’s no.. it just happens. But it’s nothing strange, and it’s nothing.. well yeah, it is strange when you don’t know anything about it, sort of. But everyone is going to know, but it’s nothing dangerous, sort of. It’s just something natural happening. “
A jump in the video, to the next answer from Betina: “ The most important, the outmost important for Every One is that you have trust in yourself and your own heart. You yourself has a feeling, in everything, and if you go into your heart and really feel “is this for me, is this true?”. Then you have the truth, you know, it’s, uh, you can reduce your own fear through going in to your heart and feel, feel what is true. And if you listen to every kind of channeling and to what everyone says, then you will get all kinds of impression. It’s about feeling what is right for one self. “
And a short jump again, Betina says: “If you feel “is this true?”, “what does she rally talk about?”, and “is it true, that of what she’s saying?”, feel! You don’t have to take it in, you don’t have to be convinced, it will happen anyway, it’s, like I said, a Spiritual Evolution. But it’s your Evolution you’re going to strive for, no one else’s. When you feel something is right, then You will go forth on your path, if you follow your feeling. But if you follow someone else’s feeling, then you will live someone else’s dream, someone else’s life, someone else’s truth. Follow what you yourself feel. You really don’t need to know how/what someone else is thinking, and standing, you know. You just need to know what you feel. It is So important, that is why I keep repeating it. It is very important that you go into Your Self “what do I feel, should I go with them, or should I go down under there, or should I listen to that one, what do I feel?”, you know.”
Maria: “It can be hard to know, one have read so much, and one does not know if it’s what one has read or if it’s what one feels.”
Betina: “Yes, exactly, it’s exactly as you say, I mean it’s…. it’s difficult to know, especially in this jungle, it’s a hugely amount of information out there, everyone wants to come out with their information, everyone wants to.. “listen to me, what I’m saying is right”, and “follow me, I’m showing the right path”. Well, yes, they may be showing the right path, for some, but everything is not for everyone, as I’ve said.“

Betina: “Live in the heart, not in the brain, not in the ego, but inside of you, sort of.”
Maria: “Can you tell us about the Sun, the Suns role in this?”
Betina: “Yes, of course, I talk to the Sun every day. Uh, well, the Sun has increased it’s activities quite a lot lately. And they are going to continue to increase, the Suns activities. There is going to be so much, and this is now my Truth, as I said you can take in what you want, but it’s going to increase so much that we are not going to be able to stay here. And this is why I see that we “go up” from here, we go up in our awareness, in our higher consciousness we go up one level and we are going to go up from here together with Mother Earth. Most part of Mother Earth has already gone over to the New Earth, and that is our Spiritual Evolution, it’s her Spiritual Evolution. There is nothing we can stop, no one can stop this, and that is where we’re going. And we are going to go over there pretty soon, because the Suns activities are going to be so enormous that we are not able to stay here. But no one is “left behind”, everyone is going over, no one is like “no, I’m left behind”, everyone is going!”
After a jump in the filming, Betina continues: “You can say that, everyone around Mother Earth, even Mother Earth, has sort of gone up one level, you can say. And the Sun itself has a lot.. you’ve seen that it is whiter, it has a little different energy, it feels different, it looks different up in the sky, it’s hotter now compared to what it was last year at this time, maybe. I have solar panels on my house, they were already 118 degrees Celsius in the beginning of March, and that is pretty unusual there, then. But, in other places on Earth or in Tucson in Arizona for instance it has been a lot warmer now than it’s been ever. So, the Sun has a different energy, a different activity and yeah.”
Maria: “But, does it not have to do with the greenhouse effect?”
Betina: “No. My truth. But, no. But, well I have an explanation for the Suns impact on us, uh, and that is; when we, when we feel we receive this Sun.. spring feeling, sort of, we get kind of.. we speak of how you fall in Love, and kind of like that in the spring, right. Uh, that is because.. when I talk to the Sun, there is only communication in Pure Love, and it’s this energy I feel, when I talk to the Sun, it’s this energy you feel in the spring, I feel. It’s Pure Love, communication in Pure Love, sort of, that’s it. That is “spring Love”.”
Maria: “So the Sun is not the thing that’s going to kill us?”
Betina: “uh... No!”
After a jump in the video, Maria is asking: “This thing about Extra Terrestrials and such, what do you..what are your view on that?”
Betina: “My view on Extra Terrestrials is, I’ve not had any physical contact in this lifetime in any way, what I know of, but I’ve had non-physical contact, and have.”
Maria: “How?”
Betina: “Well, trough other Dimensions, through White Time when I work with White Time, both within the Healing and within the psychic area in general. When I communicate with other Dimensions and other Worlds, much of this is outside, a lot outside of Earth, so that’s the kind of contact I have. But otherwise I see them as any neighbor, I mean there are lots of different Extra Terrestrials, lots of different races, but they are still our neighbors. They are still, sort of, someone standing next to me, I think.”
Maria: “Is it good or evil, or?
Betina: “Well, I don’t see them as direct good or evil, I know there are different that maybe stick to different areas that maybe we would see as low or higher, or evil and good, but down here we don’t have direct contact with that evil side, we have direct contact with the Light side, right. Otherwise we would not still be here on Earth.”
Maria: “What, what would happen then?”
Betina: “If the evil side had had the upper hand, the Human Being would not still be on Earth.”
Maria: “There are those that talk about Illuminati, the evil, and those trying to take over Earth an so on.”
Betina: “Yes, that’s them, it’s them talking about that. I talk about the Light having a good advantage, it’s not called advantage in my language, really, it’s just that the Light side is bigger and I, well, I’ve once seen a being, non-physical, that maybe not necessarily belong to the Light side, and it was easy getting rid of that one, because when I got to see the picture I put a red cross over the whole picture, and it did not come back. And it’s all about.. there as well, be true in your heart, Thus you choose what side you want to be on. If you choose the black side, well, then you will attract black energy and, do so if it feels good, you know. I attract the Light side, that feels good to me.”
Maria: “Well, how should we relate to all these channeling’s that are, when there are so many different?”
Betina: “Mm, well, I’m going to answer the same, you should take in what you want to take in. If you feel it is something that is true, go on it. If you believe in the Bible, then you believe in the Bible. And then you believe that everything in the Bible maybe will happen. You can also look at the Bible in another way, you can read a little between the lines, and look at it a little, with a science fiction view, then you maybe see some other things.”
Maria: “Mm, exciting with the Bible, cause that is so accepted, something that people can grasp, and most people know, and so on. The thing with channeling’s don’t feel as accepted.”
Betina: “Yes, exactly, but the Bible is written by people who are not alive now, channeling’s are done with people who are not alive now. There is really no difference, only one is written down. But there are many who work with automatic writing, they write down things but no one believes them. There are lots written down, but the Bible you believe in, in general. And it has been re-written many times, and is still re-written.
Maria is about to ask something, but cuts and jumps to Betina’s next answer: “But I do have a really good advice; live your dream, live your dream now, because it’s now you can enjoy the dream, you know, right? You have had a dream for a long time, but live it now. Go after your dreams, this is what matters. Go your path, live your dreams, live your life, do as you feel, not what someone else is saying. Mm, so you don’t need to believe me, take in what you want.”
Maria: “Thank you.”
Betina: “Thank you.”
